"Comprehensive Evaluation of Management and Service Practices"

In addition to evaluating outcome results, HSPS has conducted comprehensive evaluations of human service agencies - both management and service practices. Most recently, HSPS was selected by the Cambria County Commissioners (Pennsylvania) to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the County Government Human Services to determine:

"What is Being Done Right
and
What Management and Service Practices Need Improvement"

The agencies evaluated were the Mental Health/Mental Retardation program, Children and Youth, Drug and Alcohol Program, the Area Agency on Aging, and the Department of Human Services.
