"An Outcome Results Dictionary" of 250 Outcome Goals and Goal Achievement Indicators - Major, Moderate, Some or None

Over 100 human service agencies - nationwide - utilize the HSPS Outcome Results Dictionary, such as Community Action Agencies, Head Start Programs, Family Services Agencies, County Government Human Services, Mental Health Services, Services for the Developmentally Disabled, Children and Youth Programs, Drug and Alcohol Treatment Programs, and Agencies on Aging.

In one day or less with HSPS technical assistance, each agency was able to select and modify the outcome goals and goal achievement indicators for implementation and use in determining outcome results.

  • The Outcome Results Dictionary is copyrighted and unique to HSPS, Inc. No other consulting firm or Federal/State government agency has developed a comprehensive "Webster's-like" dictionary. The Dictionary provides the needed consistory and outcome results standards for agencies with multiple programs and services.

  • The HSPS Outcome Results Dictionary is also used by human services agencies to train social work/case-management staff to "think and write" outcome goals for clients and families and to measure goal achievement.
